Welcome back to our caseinterview frameworks series, giving you a step by step approach to solve any case that’s set before you. Caseinterview frameworks are used to open a case and to solve a case. The answer you give will be in the applicable currency amount of sales in a year.
To start with, a short definition of the caseinterview is “a simulation of the beginning of a consulting project”. The caseinterview is usually 25 to 40 minutes in length. Do not expect to solve every detail of the case during this short time, rather focus on the most critical parts. There isn’t one!
And as more and more candidates start to use them frequently, it is harder to impress the interviewers. Hence, I would like to give you two secret models to help you delight your interviewers.
