How can you support the person to take care of themselves emotionally while also making sure they are doing their work (or as much of it as they are able to)?

We’re flooded with information on a daily basis. As consultants (or those recruiting to be consultants), we’re asked to handle and analyze vast amounts of information. However, while recruiting, how many of us actually pursue a data-driven approach to getting an interview? I know I didn’t. Often mis-characterized as a day of independence. What actually matters is what you’re going to do with it. It turns out that if you have the power to make rules, the rules are your responsibility.
