Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics have emerged as critical tools for companies to measure and communicate their sustainability efforts. These metrics are increasingly influencing business decision-making and thus shaping corporate reputation in a way that impacts customer loyalty and financial performance.

Even the most sophisticated psychometrics and people analytics have yet to make leadership development more science than art. I’ve found no better diagnostic for promoting authentic revelations around personal leadership style and substance. Managers can check on that needing help business with flow metrics. Asking for Help and Flow Metrics If you want to know if people are working hard, you can ask for qualitative data: how often people and teams ask for help and how often people can support others when they need help.
