This morning, I attended a Momentum session of the Society for Evidence-Based OrganizationalConsulting (SEBOC). This group of Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology practitioners took turns sharing how they found their way toward our aligned passions of how people think and behave in the workplace. That’s a lot of bending!
