It was a good first 5 years for Abt, and things carried on in much the same way as they started a job corps at the company headquarters, providing single mothers working at their day center with training in childcare, social work and computer programming. While you will be working side by side with the firm’s top guns and while you will be working on some very interesting projects, Alvarez & Marsal offers very little in terms of formal training.
