I essentially work with the clients internally to set up marketing and brand strategies for success. If they need to provide an ongoing strategic advice to their business beyond the strategydevelopment, it’s anything from brand positioning for new brands launching in market to a rebrand. I still run the workshops.
In my workshops I ask people to create as many ideas as they can to prevent a bathtub from overflowing. The problem was that their strategydevelopment and internal reviews, like those in many companies, didn’t account for competitive dynamics. Switch to another. Apply humor — it opens up the brain.
